Customized Programs

Life Skills Program

The Life Skills Program helps participants build the practical skills needed to manage everyday life with greater confidence and independence. Participants strengthen areas such as personal responsibility, communication, financial literacy, employment readiness, emotional wellness, household management, organization, healthcare navigation, relationships, problem-solving, and long-term planning. The goal is to help participants develop the knowledge, habits, and routines needed to function more successfully at home, at work, and in the community.

Divon Intervention has

Three Main Programs to

Service our participants.

Traditional Housing Program

The Transitional Housing Program is a short-term residential teaching-home program where participants can live while practicing the skills needed to manage a household before moving into permanent housing. Participants receive hands-on instruction in cooking, cleaning, laundry, grocery shopping, budgeting for rent and utilities, household organization, appointments, tenant responsibilities, routines, communication, and problem-solving. The home becomes the classroom, giving participants the opportunity to learn, practice, receive support, and build confidence before taking on the full responsibilities of independent living.

Housing Stability Program

The Housing Stability Program helps participants prepare for, obtain, and maintain safe and stable housing. Through individualized planning, housing education, tenant readiness, budgeting, landlord communication, housing navigation, resource connections, and ongoing coaching, participants build the skills needed to become more prepared for independent housing. This program focuses on housing preparation and long-term stability and does not provide residential placement itself.

Participants can expect professional guidance, timely communication, and clear 'life'  guidance.

Our team is available during standard business hours.
